Rolla Wrestling Club Practice Schedule for 2008 to 2009 season
These are the dates we will be having practice for the upcoming season. The practice schedule for all ages will still apply.
Ages up to 10& under will have practice – 6 to @ 7 pm Mondays & Thursdays.
Ages over 10 will have practice - @ 7 to 8:15pm Mondays & Thursdays.
The older wrestlers and ones with more experience will also practice on Wednesday night 6 to 8 pm. Coaches discretion.
Monday nights:
November: 10th, 17th, 24th
December: 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd
January: 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th
February: 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd
March: 2nd, 9th, 16th
Wednesday nights:
To be announced
Thursday nights:
November: 13th, 20th
December: 4th, 11th, 18th
January: 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th
February: 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th
March: 5th, 12th, 19th
To sign up for a tournament, the following is required:
A parent or guardian must sign the wrestler up at practice.
The tournament fee must be paid at sign-up.
You must provide transportation to the tournament.
A coach with a USA coach's card must be going.
A list of the tournaments the club is planning to attend is listed in the schedule link. If you know of a tournament that you would like to attend that is not on the list because family lives there, ask us about it. We have coaches that go to many tournaments not listed. Do not be afraid to ask. Tons of information about USA wrestling can be found at www.missouriusawrestling.org

2006 USA State Qualifiers!!!!!
Front Row Alton Heyer, Brad Watson,Dmitry Loftis, Blayne Shockley, Chris Sanders,
Jacob Morris, Trenton Boyer, Masen Ridenhour.
Five of the eight qualifiers stood on the medal stand at the end of two days of wrestling.
