2008 Gallatin Trophy Tournament

When: Saturday, January 12, 2008

Place: Gallatin R-V High School, 602 South Olive Gallatin, MO.

Rules: MSHSAA Rules as modified.

Entry Deadline: Entries must be received by Tuesday, January 8. Limited to the first 300 entries.

Fee: $15.00 per entry must be pre-paid and sent with registration forms (no refunds).

Please pay and enter as a team when possible. Make checks payable to Gallatin Wrestling Club.

Format: 4 and 5 man round robin according to actual weight and experience.

Weigh Ins: All wrestlers must weigh in wearing a singlet. weigh ins will be held from 6:30 – 8:00 PM on Friday January 11, 2007 or 6:30 – 8:00 AM on Saturday January 12, 2007.

Brackets will be set based on actual weights.

Awards: 1st - 5th. All participants will be awarded a TROPHY.

Concessions: Will be offered throughout the day. Hospitality room will be available for coaches.

Admission: $3.00 for adults (13 and over). $2.00 for Students (12 and Under). Kids under the age of 5 free.

Coaches must show Picture ID along with Coaches Card.

Time Periods: 6, 8, and 10 & Under 1 – 1 – 1
12 and 14 & Under 1 ½ - 1 ½ - 1 ½
Overtime: Sudden Victory / 1 minute then 30 second tie breaker if needed.

From I-35 North:
Take Exit 61. Turn East (right). Go through Winston and Altamont. on Highway 6. Turn right at first Gallatin entrance (West Grand). Follow to South Olive. Turn Right on South Olive. Go past Elementary school. High School is on right hand side. Main entrance is on the south side of building .

From I-35 South:
Take Exit 68. Turn east (left). At T intersection (approximately 6 miles), turn east (left) on Highway 6. Go through Altamont. Turn right at first Gallatin entrance (West Grand). Follow to South Olive. Turn Right on South Olive. Go past Elementary school. High School is on right hand side. Main entrance is on the south side of building .

From Highway 13 South:
Turn west (right) at Highway 6. Turn South (left) at Main Street (first Gallatin entrance). At four-way stop light (Grand Avenue), turn west (right). Follow to South Olive. Turn left on South Olive. Go past Elementary school. High School is on right hand side. Main entrance is on the south side of building .

From Highway 13 North:
Turn west (left) at West Richardson Street (Sandman Motel on corner). Turn left on South Olive (T-intersection). High School is on right hand side. Main entrance is on the south side of building .

From Highway 6 West:
Turn South (left) at Main Street (first Gallatin entrance). At four-way stop light (Grand Avenue), turn west (right). Follow to South Olive. Turn left on South Olive. Go past Elementary school. High School is on right hand side. Main entrance is on the south side of building .
