Wrestling Motivation Tip of the Week:

Are you frustrated? Torqued because you lost a match perhaps by 1-2 points. Get over it, get pumped listen to your coaches matside, focus and wrestle hard. Watch other matches while matside from the stands, see how other wrestlers move, then Go and Get that 1-2 points or a "Pin to Win"

When the weather outside is crappy and there is snow to be shoveled. Pick up a shovel and go door to door asking to shovel folks walkways for $10.00. Old Web Rat did so 40yrs ago and made enough to buy a ferrari from matchbox. Actually made enough to buy a bike. Get great excercise for wrestling and make money as well. Where your Mat Rat T-shirt over a warm coat and advertise.

Stuck inside bored looking at TV and the web? Did ya know vaccuming your house or apartment for your Mom or Dad is great excercise and burns up 150 calories an hour and you might get a big Hug or a kudo from your parents or grandparents. "Getter Done".
