This section is dedicated to our instructors, Adam Laurence and John O'Hare

Laurence, O'Hare Kickboxing Organisation is a combination of several martial arts.

Adam Laurence has developed his individual style of fighting from Kung-fu, Sakado, Aikido & Kickboxing. His style is fast and freeflowing with greater freedom of movement than most other styles.

Adam started when he was 6 years old and has developed his style over the last 19 years, becoming one of the youngest instructors in the U.K. by starting up his own club at the age of 16 in Studley, Worcestershire.

He is now 26 and his club in Redditch, Worcestershire has been running now for five years. In this time the students have won over 500 trophies and titles including National and European, this alone shows the standard of training received and the success of the club.

Adam is currently the U.K. National, British, and English Champion, and formally held the Irish and European titles, but the most important factor is that he has an immense passion for his sport which he passes on to his students.
