PartyLite Candle Fundraiser for States
Way to go Team! We raised almost $1700 to help cover player expenses for travelling to the MAHA Squirt AA State Tournament! Thanks to the parents, especially Michelle, for pulling this very successful fundraiser together so quickly.

Ameriprise Squirt AA Hockey Team Donates to Humane Society
Prior to the holidays, all 15 members of the Ameripise Squirt AA hockey team were challenged by their coaching staff and parents to earn $20 that the team could pool and donate to charities of their choice. Each Sentinel responded by getting to work to earn their pay. While some shoveled snow for neighbors and grandparents, others did specific jobs – one helped insulate crawlspace pipes, one sharpened over 700 pencils at his father’s office, while another fixed a grandparent’s toilet. Each player took a turn at a recent practice to describe how they earned their money and then, as a team, voted on which local charities would receive their funds. On Sunday, January 24th, members of the team delivered $200 of their total earnings to the Marquette County Humane Society. The remainder of their money will be delivered to another charity later in the season.
