Fund Raising

We are currently raising funds for our band to participate in the competition season. Please encourage everyone and just ask for how YOU can help.

A fundraiser that requires NO SELLING and NO INVESTMENT except for 5 minutes of your time to fill out a form is Escrip.com. Register your Safeway card, gas card, bank card and the like to have a percent of your everyday purchases to count towards the band boosters. Then everytime you buy groceries or gas or whatever, a percentage of the proceeds will go toward San Benito Band....its that easy!

An ongoing fundraiser that's fun and easy and is good for the environment is our "Trash to Cash" program.

Here's how it works...

Used printer cartridges, (inkjet and/or laser), can be brought to the bandroom to be placed in a specially marked cardboard box. All we do is fill the boxes and call the company...they come by the school, pick up the box and write us a check. It's that easy.

Another fundraiser is a used cell phone drive. People can search for used and/or broken cell phones and bring them in to the bandroom. Again, a specially marked cardboard box will be in the room for people to deposit their used cell phones. The company is called and we get $3.00 per cell phone. It's an EASY fundraiser to do and it can be a constant source of income if we do this right.
