Your attendance is expected at practice whenever possible, even if you are feeling under the weather or injured, it's best to be present to observe and learn. Please contact one of your coaches if you are not able to attend a practice. This is very important, if you are absent without calling there is a safety concern.

15. There is to be no direct contact/comments unrelated to the game with the Players or Spectators while on the field in uniform, unless a parent gives permission for before or after games. Your squad represents the Spiret of Cheerleading, and appropriate behavior is a must. If a problem arises with someone in the stands or a player, please discuss this with your coach immediately; do not take matter into your own hands. The players are expected to have the most respect for you and vice-versa. Remember, Cheerleaders Cheer, not Boo.
16. At half time or when not cheering, cheerleaders are not to "Wander Off" from the rest of the team. There will be a tent/area at games for the girls to rest for breaks. Your Coaches will go over proper field "etiquette" and field placement for your squad prior to game day.
